The Arts Programme

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) program offers students an opportunity to deepen their understanding of various subjects, including literature (English, Hindi, and Punjabi), Public Administration, History, Economics, Political Science, and Sociology. Eligibility:
Students must have a minimum of 45% in the qualifying examination for admission to B.A.-I.

Admission Procedure:
Admissions are based on merit, with screening conducted based on the marks obtained at the 10+2 level. A merit list will be prepared by the selection committee.

Note:
It is mandatory for B.A.-I students to pass General English/Hindi Elementary Compulsory and Environmental Studies within three years of enrollment, as per university rules.


The Commerce Programme

The Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) program equips students with the business acumen and professional qualifications required to thrive in an increasingly competitive world. The curriculum is designed to enhance students’ accounting, analytical, communication, numeracy, and computer skills, while also keeping them updated on contemporary business strategies and technological advancements.

B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce)
Medium: English & Hindi
Duration: 3 Years

Eligibility:
For admission to B.Com.-I, students must have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 45% marks in Commerce or 50% in Science/Arts.

Admissions are based on merit, with screening conducted based on marks obtained at the 10+2 level. The selection committee prepares the merit list.

For Non-Commerce Students:

Documents Required for Admission

  1. 5 attested copies of the matriculation or equivalent examination certificate as proof of date of birth.
  2. 5 attested copies of the D.M.C. (Detailed Marks Certificate) of the qualifying examination.
  3. Original D.M.C. of the 10+2 examination.
  4. Character Certificate in original from the Head of the last attended institution.
  5. School/College Leaving Certificate.
  6. Migration Certificate and Passing Certificate for students from boards other than Haryana School Education Board.
  7. Twelve passport-sized photographs.
  8. Gap Year Certificate (if applicable), duly signed by the appropriate authority.
